Return & Refund Policy

No Returns on Custom Products

All illustrations are custom-made based on the photo you provide. As such, we do not accept returns or cancellations once work on your order has begun.

No Right of Withdrawal
By placing an order, you agree that the product is a personalized digital item. Under applicable consumer laws, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made digital products once delivery or production has started.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed and delivered illustrations.

Exceptions
A refund or revision may be offered only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The final product clearly does not match the photo you provided

Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 3 of delivery. We may offer one limited revision at our discretion.
